The Brotherhood

The Brotherhood is a rigorous and empowering three-month workout program with four weekly classes. The program is specifically tailored for men and focused on weight training, aimed at enhancing strength and lowering body fat. Brothers will push their limits through intense workouts and guided training sessions led by experienced coaches. The Brotherhood integrates diverse exercises, such as compound lifts, functional movements, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT), to optimize muscle growth and fat burning. Here’s the Plan:

  • Workouts 4x/Week

    • Mondays at 6 PM: Brotherhood-only sessions at the Ruckus Room Northwest

    • Tuesdays/Thursdays: Pick any Ruckus Room class at any location (5 AM, 6 AM, 8 AM, 9 AM, 4 PM, 5:15 PM, or 6:30 PM)

    • Saturdays at 7 AM: Brotherhood-only sessions at the downtown location

  • Weekly Challenges
    Push your limits with tasks like running a mile, max push-ups in 5 minutes, and more to test your grit.

  • Nutrition Reset

    • Month 1: Whole30 to reset and detox.

    • Months 2 & 3: Reintroduce foods and discover YOUR balance.

  • Accountability & Progress Tracking
    This program is all about consistency. Stay on track with weekly challenge check-ins and bi-weekly weigh-ins to monitor your progress.
